Nice hotel with beautiful views. The river view is so beautiful. Right next to the bridge. There is a restaurant in house, that's a bit pricey, but food was good. It's also right across the street from Taco Bell and Burger King. Very comfy beds. They do not have the sofa packs in the rooms, which made it a bit irritating having to wait for someone to come and "make it". I didn't want anyone in my room, so I had to request them to leave it outside the door. The shower was huge, but it needed a thorough cleaning and recaulking. It has the potential to be gorgeous, but it just looked hideous and not put together well, maintenance can do better (room 244 in case management is reading this review). Overall, I loved my stay. I do plan on coming back next time we come back.

This hotel was perhaps one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been to. The staff even went out of their way and got me a really good view of Mt. Hood when I didn’t even request it. The food was great too. However, there were guests yelling right in front of my room at 2 am for like 2 whole hours. It took me calling the front desk twice before this issue was addressed. Luckily, they did send security up to keep them quiet, and this problem didn’t happen the rest of my stay. I was probably just unlucky in that case though. Overall, great hotel and would recommend.

Hands down best ihg hotel I've ever stayed at and I stay at over 100+ hotels a year! Highly recommend staying here. I didn't want to leave. The room was incredible, very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable! Best sleep I've gotten in months. You can hear the planes from the first floor but it didn't bother me. Never woke me up. The staff all around was A+. From the front desk to the restraunt staff. Overall it was the most exceptional staff of any hotel I've ever visited. Fitness center was good. Decent selection of equipment but I feel it doesn't get enough attention for maintenance. The washer and dryer worked great but there's only one washer and dryer. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was amazing. Security seems to do a thorough job patrolling the parking lot. My only complaint is the public use restrooms were all closed. Had to walk from the Fitness center all the way back to my room then back again.

The stay was good, everything was nice and clean and employees were very friendly. The bed was great and TV quality was awesome. The toilet seat needs to be replaced and the AC/ heater needs to be quieter. Other than that it was great! Would return for sure.
